A contract for the marketing services of influencers and other talent.
An Influencer Agreement, also known as a Talent Agreement, is an agreement between a client or brand and an influencer (such as a social media influencer or a celebrity) to promote its sale of products or services as part of a marketing campaign.
Influencer marketing is one of the most successful marketing options used by brands worldwide and a Talent Agreement is an important tool for ensuring that the influencer meets the requirements of the campaign.
This Influencer Agreement will cover key terms such as:
- the type of content the influencer will be providing, such as the number of photo posts, videos, stories, live experiences etc, as well as important details such as timing, mentions, hashtags and aesthetics;
- the duration of the engagement including start and end dates;
- payment terms and the timing of payment;
- the parties’ obligations regarding confidential information;
- intellectual-property provisions, for example, the provision of a licence to the influencer to use the brand’s IP materials for the duration of the contract, and a licence allowing the brand to use the influencer’s IP for marketing purposes; and
- termination provisions.

Absolutely not! Our contracts are tailored to your business needs and situation.
Every business should have its own, tailor-made standard contracts for customers which reflect the way it does business.
Having your own standard terms will ensure that you’re able to provide the protection that your business needs and will enhance your reputation because customers will know what to expect from you and what happens if things go wrong.
To be effective, your standard terms must reflect the way you do business and protect your business from the specific risks you face. In contrast, we know that many businesses resort to relying on generic templates or re-purposing contracts obtained from competitors or previous employers. The problem is that these contracts often do not match up with your or your customers’ expectations and fail to adequately protect your business because important risks are not properly addressed. Poorly drafted or ill-suited contracts are often not worth the paper they are written on.
